Overview

Accounts are deactivated and all data is removed in line with our Terms of Service.
You will receive email reminders up to 90 days before your account is deactivated. These emails include instructions on how to export your data and outline the options available to you before deactivation occurs.

Export your data

Caution: once your account has been deactivated, it is not possible to export or download any additional content
You can download and export your data before your account is deactivated in CSV or JSON formats. These files make it easy to back up your information or upload it to other apps and services for continued use. Make sure to export your data in time to avoid losing access. You can do this by contacting us on support@studystash.com

Notifications

You will receive notifications before you account is deactivated, giving you time to export your data
Before your access ends: We’ll let you know 90 days before your access is due to expire, so you can plan your next steps. In-app notification: You’ll see a banner displayed in StudyStash, reminding you of your expiration date.
