## Quick answers

  <Accordion title="I can’t sign in" icon="key">
    Students and lecturers use their institution’s single sign-on. Use your university email address when [signing in on the website](/students/sign-up-on-the-website), or open StudyStash through your institution’s LMS where it is enabled. If you are an administrator, use **Forgot Password** on the Admin Dashboard. See [password and SSO help](/students/reset-password).

  <Accordion title="StudyStash isn’t showing in my course" icon="graduation-cap">
    StudyStash needs to be enabled for your course. Educators can follow the [Canvas](/educators/enable-in-canvas) or [Moodle](/educators/enable-in-moodle) guide. If StudyStash is not available as an option, contact your Student Success Manager or [the support team](/support).

  <Accordion title="My students can’t open a shared resource" icon="share-nodes">
    Open the resource’s **Share** menu and check that access is set to **Anyone with the link**, then copy the link again. The [class sharing guide](/educators/share-with-your-class) shows each step.

    The [upload guide](/students/upload-documents) shows how to add course materials and select pages. If an upload fails, [contact technical support](/support) and include the file type and the error you see. Only share material you have permission to share.
