# How to set reminders to re-invite students (reading/revision weeks)

> You can set reminders for yourself to re-invite students at certain points through the year.

This is typically just before a reading or revision week. Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will manage your reminders and ensure they help you keep students and faculty engaged throughout the year.

  **Tip:** Reminding students to use StudyStash during reading weeks, revision weeks, and the main revision period can significantly boost engagement and help support them during stressful times.

## Step 1

Login to your **Admin Dashboard**

  **Info:** Creating reminders doesn’t notify students, lecturers or other admins - it’s just for you!
</Info>

On the top right, click **Add Key Dates** then include dates such as:

* **Reading Week:** 10 March 2025 – 16 March 2025 (Week 6)

* **Revision Week:** 14 April 2025 – 20 April 2025 (Week 11)

* **Exam Period:** 21 April 2025 – 9 May 2025

## Step 3

Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will manage your reminders and be in touch when the time comes around!
