# Where is StudyStash getting answers from?

> StudyStash uses the course content where possible, referencing and citing its sources.

When there is no answer in the uploaded documents, it goes to the wider web and raises a warning flag to students.

In the case of a response not being directly related to uploaded material, an AI Warning message is displayed.<em> </em>***See below***<br />
